2. Our Service

Escroc provides a secure escrow platform that holds funds on behalf of buyers and sellers until the agreed transaction has been completed or otherwise resolved.

Escroc is not a party to the underlying sale or agreement between users.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use Escroc.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Providing accurate information.

All activities conducted through your account.

5. Escrow Transactions

Funds deposited into escrow will remain securely held until:

The buyer approves the transaction.

The agreed inspection period expires.

Both parties agree to release or cancel the transaction.

A dispute has been resolved by Escroc.

6. Fees

Escroc charges service fees for providing escrow services.

Service fees are earned once an escrow transaction is created and processed. These fees are generally non-refundable, regardless of whether the transaction is successfully completed, canceled, or ends in a dispute, except where required by applicable law.

Any payment processing fees, banking fees, currency conversion fees, or third-party charges may also be deducted where applicable.

7. Failed or Cancelled Transactions

If a transaction is canceled or cannot be completed, the escrowed funds (less applicable Escroc service fees, payment processing fees, and other non-refundable charges) may be returned to the buyer in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Escroc reserves the right to retain its earned service fee for services already provided, including account verification, transaction processing, compliance checks, and escrow administration.

8. Disputes

If a dispute arises:

Escroc may request evidence from both parties.

Funds may remain locked during the investigation.

Escroc's decision regarding the release or refund of escrow funds shall be final, except where prohibited by law.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

Engage in fraud or scams.

Launder money or finance illegal activities.

Use stolen payment methods.

Provide false information.

Circumvent Escroc's escrow process.

Violate applicable laws or regulations.

Escroc may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

10. Identity Verification

Escroc may require identity verification (KYC) or additional documentation at any time to comply with legal obligations or protect the platform.

Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions or delayed transactions.

11. Limitation of Liability

Escroc provides escrow services on an "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Escroc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

12. Account Suspension

Escroc may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in suspicious, fraudulent, or unlawful activities.

13. Changes to These Terms

Escroc may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Escroc operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
