Refund Policy
Effective Date: Jan 2026
At Escroc, our escrow service is designed to protect both buyers and sellers by ensuring funds are only released when the agreed transaction is completed.
1. Escrow Service Fees
Service fees charged by Escroc are generally non-refundable once an escrow transaction has been successfully created and processing has begun.
2. Transaction Cancellation
If both the buyer and seller agree to cancel a transaction before the seller has fulfilled the order, the escrowed funds will be returned to the buyer, less any applicable processing fees where permitted.
3. Failed Payments
If a payment fails or cannot be processed, any collected funds will be refunded to the original payment method according to the payment provider's processing times.
4. Disputed Transactions
If a transaction enters dispute, funds will remain securely held until the dispute has been investigated and resolved. Refunds or releases will be made based on the outcome of the investigation.
5. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your account has been used without authorization, contact Escroc immediately. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action where applicable.
6. Fraudulent Activity
